My passion truly is helping people find peace and calmness in our stressful world. As someone who has struggled with anxiety for many years, I have studied many modalities for holistic healing and would love to pass on tips and tricks that have helped me personally on my journey so far. 

One thing I have learned is that, like taking a shower, or tidying the house, our mental health deserves time to tend to and clear. 

Weekly yoga sessions, wellness workshops, life coaching, retreats, corporate wellbein talks, team training days, reiki are some of the many ways in whichs I teach strategies for health and wellness.

Wellness with Meg

Let me be your virtual, on-demand life and wellness coach! Each week and month, you will be able to access a variety of motivational videos, guided meditations, supported breathing exercises, an intro to tapping for stress relief... and the list goes on! Nourish yourself in mind, body, and soul!

Mind, Body and Soul Pass

All sessions will include asana (movement), pranayama (breath), and relaxation techniques.

You can join us Sunday mornings from the comfort of your home in real time 10:30 am or 11:30 am. OR you have access to the recording to replay any time that suits you! 

Make a hot drink, turn on your scentsy or candles and get cosy on your mat!

You can drop into our live session on Tuesdays evenings from 8:00 pm - 9:00 pm! 

Come join us for a free herbal tea, a mixed ability stretch and flow, followed by a 10 minute relaxation!

Mind Body Soul Newsletter

Book on to 4 Classes this month at your leisure!  
You have access to sessions on Zoom Sundays and Tuesdays, or you can drop into a live session on Thursday in Leigh on Sea! All sessions will include asana (movement), pranayama (breath), relaxation techniques, and in live sessions, the offer of an optional head massage to complete the class!

4 Class Pass

Feel free to mix and match any of the live and zoom classes on offer each month! This is a great option that allows you to fit your yoga into your lifestyle! Sundays and Tuesdays will continue virtually, and the moonlight Thursday session will take place at a studio in Leigh on Sea! Cannot wait to meet you on your mats for mental wellness and community! 

8 Class Mix and Match 

Just wanted to let you know that this Wednesday the 8th of February we will start live classes again at the Studio, P1 Physiotherapy, Fillebrook Avenue, SS9 3NS.

You can mix and match these classes with your 4 class pass/Sunday Stretch or upgrade to the 8 class pass should you want to do Sundays virtually and Wednesdays live! 

Sign up on Subkit for the sessions or just email me/ verbally let me know if you know you are defo coming so I can lay out a mat for you! (No worries though if you just turn up... I always have spare equipment). 

Class will take place from 8:15-9:15 pm; there is a session in there before me so it'll be a quicker set up time, but tea will still always be provided! 

We also have 2 one off sessions with space this month: 

- 2 spaces left on the Happy Heart Workshop 11th. Feb **10 am - 1 pm

- Preschooler Yoga **10 am - 10:45 am at Eastwood Community Centre 14th Feb
